The Reason Why Back Up Data

The owner can always move the headquarters to another city, change the hardware. But one element is immutable, which is data. It grows every day. Some data may be deleted, but some data must be retained. These are all legal documents. By law, the owner shall keep, for example, for the period of 5 years.
There are database files. Once a client will sign for a product or service, such data must be stored in a safe place. Some of them are sensitive data that must be encrypted.

Offline backup usually means that the registration data to local hard drives attached to a working machine.
Do not be confused. Storing data on a local network is an online storage also, on a LAN. These are do not need an Internet connection.
The best idea is to merge these two solutions in one. Some data can be sent over the Internet and some can be stored locally, external hard drive.
Prices of such a solution is as little as $ 5 per month plus the price external hard drive. Technology is changing all the time. To save money to invest in it, we can not go to an online solution. It is entirely up to you.
I’m sure you already know the importance of data storage is. Most people think that viruses are the leading cause of data loss. Some of them are afraid of losing their family photos, home movies and so on. Take it seriously and act.
